Massage for the health of it

30min Massage (Remedial, Relaxation or Deep Tissue)
-
Duration: 30 minutes
-
Price: $55
-
Excellent for a weekly pick-me-up. We can focus on back, neck & shoulders or any area where there is tension or injury. A lot of my clients pick this option if we are focusing on something specific or if they are short on time.

45min Massage (Remedial, Relaxation or Deep Tissue)
-
Duration: 45 minutes
-
Price: $80
-
Another option for those looking for a more in depth, back, neck & shoulder treatment. Usually a 45min session enables us to go a little deeper and more thorough with specific concerns. This is a great treatment time for those who sometimes feel like half an hour isn't quite long enough.

60min Massage (Remedial, Relaxation or Deep Tissue)
-
Duration: 1 hour
-
Price: $100
-
The most popular treatment time chosen by clients. A 60min massage provides us with an opportunity to spend longer on areas of concern that need more care and attention; often covering a few different areas that are related to the concern. Whether that is an injury, chronic muscle tension or deep-relaxation.

75min Massage (Remedial, Relaxation or Deep Tissue)
-
Duration:1 hour 15 minutes •
-
Price: $125
-
The perfect treatment time for some. This provides us with plenty of time to ensure all your aches, pains and injuries are dealt with thoroughly; and that all corresponding muscles are looked at. This treatment time is also ideal to add relaxing foot & scalp massages or to get stuck in with the cups!

90min Massage (Remedial, Relaxation or Deep Tissue)
-
Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
-
Price: $145
-
This treatment time is for clients that need most of the body treated or have serious muscle tension needs. The 90min massage can create a perfect blend of therapeutic and relaxation massage. It gives us ample time to focus on your specific areas of tension whilst incorporating relaxation in between.

Myofascial Cupping

This is a complimentary an add-on treatment; by using the vacuum cupping technique we are able to release myofascial tension which can be systemic and often the main culprits when it comes to muscle tension.
