Who is the Tauranga Massage Collective?
Luiz Macedo
Luiz is passionate about health & well-being. He has studied multiple styles of massage and holistic therapies including Shiatsu, Ayurveda, Yoga, Thai Massage and Myofascial Release.
Coming from a Sport Science background, he has a great understanding of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, and how to promote healthy movements within the body.
“I bring together the east and western understanding of the body-mind complex and take the best of the two worlds. Promoting well-being, alignment and relaxation to my patients”.
Luiz understands that there is more to pain than the affected area, but that physical and emotional limitations can lead to stress, anxiety and lack of self-confidence.
“I want to help you be at your best, so you can do what you love and share the happiness with your family, friends and whomever is around you”.
